PAYMENT AND DELIVERY 
 

HOW YOU PAY?

When you place an order you receive the Payment Invoice in your e-mail.
You will be able to pay the invoice online using PayPal or credit card.
The language of the contract is English.
When we will receive your Payment we will dispatch your Good(s). After dispatching Good(s) we will send you e-mail with tracking number.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

When we receive your Payment for the Good(s) we dispatch your order (all orders are subject to acceptance and availability):
·       If the Good(s) and size you order are in the stock we try to dispatch all Good(s) within 48hours of the payment being received. DHL deliver Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
·       If the Good(s) or your size is out of stock: it takes 1 week for Good(s) to be made or 2 weeks for outstanding pieces to be made. When the Good(s) are ready we try to dispatch all Good(s) within 24hours. DHL deliver Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ELENA LOKK cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
All orders require a signature upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for the package.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shopping destination.
ELENA LOKK does not cover any customs expenses.
